SATPAC will not start after installation on a Mac

Try our Easy Update feature!

If SATPAC fails to start after installing it on your Mac, with OS X, please try the following:

  1. Open the "Applications" folder on your hard drive.
    You can select "Applications" from your Finder's "Go" menu, or you can use the following shortcut: Shift + Command + A


  2. Locate the SATPAC folder and navigate into it's "system" folder.


  3. Run the "run" program that is in the "system" folder.

This should enable SATPAC 5 to startup initially and provided that you are connected to the Internet, SATPAC will prompt you in order to automatically update. After the update, SATPAC should operate as expected.
